WHY THESE FOUR
Long Dumbbell Beam — the foundation of the kit. Use it for squats, hinges, rows, and full-body flows. Choose 15lb for lighter compound work and upper body training, or 25lb to increase the challenge on lower body movements.
Triangle Dumbbell — the triangular silhouette allows for varied grip positions. Use for presses, lateral raises, Pilates arm work, and functional movements that require control over load.
Latex Resistance Bands — three resistance levels to warm up, activate, and work. Loop around thighs or ankles for glute and hip work, or use for upper body pulls and mobility. Set of 3 included.
Velcro Ankle Weights — secure, adjustable fit. Wear throughout your session for constant lower body resistance. Available in 2lb or 4lb.
