Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
Items weighing more than 10 lbs (4.5 kg) are final sale and not eligible for return, due to shipping and handling constraints.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy requirements.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be refunded in the event of a return.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If you are approved for a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Promotional & Complimentary Items
Any complimentary or promotional items included with a purchase (such as free gifts, samples, or bonus products) are tied to a qualifying order.
If the qualifying item(s) are returned, all complimentary items must also be returned unused and in their original condition.
If complimentary items are not returned, their full retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wear, Tear, and Damage From Use
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that are damaged due to use, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or handling after delivery.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Damage from regular use over time
- Material wear, peeling, fading, staining, or discoloration
- Scratches, dents, cracks, or breakage after use
- Damage caused by washing, heat, moisture, chemicals, or improper storage
- Damage caused by dropping the product or improper assembly/use
If you believe your item arrived defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Items weighing more than 10 lbs (4.5 kg)
- Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us directly before sending your item back. Exchange requests must be approved prior to return shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union (once available), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Items weighing more than 10 lbs (4.5 kg) are excluded from this policy.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Shipping Fees
Refunds apply to the product subtotal only. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be refunded in the event of a return.
If a return shipping label is issued by us, the cost of that label will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
