Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1) Eligibility & Account Approval

• Open to studios, gyms, retailers, professional trainers, event/retreat organizers, and corporate wellness buyers.
• Provide a website/Instagram or event portfolio link.
• U.S. tax-exempt pricing requires a valid resale certificate before ordering.
• MUNA may approve/decline accounts at its discretion.

2) Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in USD and are confidential wholesale rates.
• Payment is due at checkout unless agreed differently in writing (e.g., approved Net terms or deposit schedule).
• Accepted: major credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments.
• Prices/terms may change; confirmed orders honor the price shown at checkout.

3) Product-Specific Minimums (per SKU)

Default MOQ: 5 units per SKU. If a product page lists a higher minimum at the time of order, that higher minimum supersedes the default.

Minimums can be flexed for event or gifting orders with written approval.

4) Opening Orders & Reorders

• Opening order minimum (subtotal): $300.
• Reorders: no subtotal minimum (per-SKU MOQs still apply).

5) Lead Times & Availability

• In-stock: ships in 3–5 business days.
• Backorder / Pre-order: typically 2–4 weeks (confirmed at order).
• Split shipments available (additional shipping may apply).

6) Shipping & Delivery

• Ships from Miami, FL via UPS/FedEx/USPS unless arranged otherwise.
• Shipping is buyer-paid (shown at checkout or invoiced for freight).
• Risk of loss transfers when the carrier accepts the shipment; inspect on delivery and photograph any damage.

7) Damages, Defects & Claims

• Report within 5 business days of delivery to hello@muna-wellness.com with order number and photos.
• Resolution may be replacement, credit, or refund at MUNA’s discretion.

8) Returns (Non-Defective)

• Requires prior written authorization (RMA). Request within 7 business days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable; buyer pays return shipping.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply.

9) Branding, Content & IP

• Approved accounts may use MUNA images and product names to sell authentic MUNA products.
• Do not alter logos, names, or brand colors without written permission. All IP remains MUNA’s.

10) Online Sales & MAP

• Third-party marketplaces (Amazon/eBay/etc.) require written approval.
• MAP: no more than 15% below MUNA’s current SRP unless a MUNA promotion is announced or pre-approved.

11) Event & Gifting Orders

• Welcome. Please confirm event date at order to ensure on-time delivery.
• Custom packaging/inserts available on request (fees/lead time may apply).

12) Cancellations & Changes

• Editable/cancelable within 24 hours if not shipped.
• Custom/pre-order items are non-cancelable after production begins.

13) Taxes & Duties

• U.S. buyers: provide a resale certificate to be marked tax-exempt before ordering.
• International buyers: responsible for duties, VAT/GST, and import/brokerage fees.

14) Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• Products warranted free of manufacturing defects at delivery.
• Remedies limited to replacement, credit, or refund of defective items; no incidental or consequential damages.

15) Governing Law

• Florida law; venue Miami-Dade County, FL.
