At muna, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we've outlined our shipping and return policies below.

IMPORTANT: Official Purchase Channels Only
Returns and exchanges are ONLY accepted for products purchased directly from muna-wellness.com or through our official Faire wholesale page. We are not responsible for products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party websites, and we cannot process returns or exchanges for such purchases.

1. Shipping
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

2. Order Processing and Delivery
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Shipping times are estimated, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Returns
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please fill out the form in the contact us section.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please submit a request to arrange a replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as used or damaged products, or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.Please note:
Items weighing more than 10 lbs (4.5 kg) are final sale and not eligible for return, due to shipping and handling constraints.

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
