The Foldable Mat: Built for Every Kind of Movement
Share
One mat. Yoga, pilates, HIIT, functional training — and anywhere in between.
Most mats do one thing well. This one was designed for the reality of how people actually move — which is rarely just one discipline, one surface, or one type of session.
The MUNA Foldable Mat is PVC-free, 1.2 cm thick, and built to fold. That last part matters more than it sounds.
Why Foldable Changes Things
A mat that folds isn't just easier to carry — it's a different tool. Fold it once and you have targeted cushioning exactly where you need it: under your knees in a kneeling series, beneath your tailbone in pilates bridgework, supporting your wrists through a long plank hold.
You're not working around the mat. The mat is working with you.
How It Moves Through a Session
In yoga, the extra thickness comes through on long holds — camel pose, seated meditation, any position where a standard 0.5 cm mat starts to feel thin on hard floors. In pilates, it's the kneeling series, roll-downs, and any supine work where your spine needs a little more between it and the floor. In HIIT or functional training, fold it for wrist support in push-up variations or protection in jump lunges.
One mat, genuinely different use cases.
For Small Spaces and Travel
It folds down flat and carries easily — studio, travel, a corner of your living room. No dedicated storage space required. Left out, it looks like it belongs in the room. The PU surface and neutral colorways — Milk Tea and Black — were designed to live in a space, not hide in a closet.
A note for smooth floors: pair it with grip socks for extra stability. The surface performs best on wood, tile, or low-pile carpet.
